A big laugh out at Fed Square

I missed the above gig today because I had to be with my son who joined the photography contest sponsored by Sony for the skateboarding contest dubbed 'Sony in Motion' simultaneously held at Queensbridge Square...However, after the contest, while walking to the Riverside Skate Park I saw this guy in the photo below and decided to watch his acts, that was fun! Here, you can see him standing on a pole with torches in one hand!

Melbourne City this Friday (Iphone 4S)

Went to the city after work today, it was too crowded due to the road works which is taking place at the moment so there's hardly any space to walk on....I met with my daughters and son in Swanston Street and I realized the International Comedy Festival is on....I had my Iphone with me so I took some photos to while away the time while waiting...

                 

Rolling back to winter - walking along St. Kilda Rd in spring

This album was taken last Thursday, 8 Sept to be exact...I was looking forward to a sunny, cool spring...but instead Melbourne was faced with a cold front, the day was even colder than I imagined, it even rained in the morning. After work/school, my son and I went to the city supposedly to meet my husband and one of my daughters as both were heading towards the city then...at that moment, the rain had stopped but chilly it was! Nevertheless I brought my camera, just in case. Well, it wasn't so bad after all, we walked towards the National Art Gallery and I was pleased that the sun was setting beautifully along the southbank....Thanks God, it's Thursday (TGIT)...
Ah, Melbourne and its four seasons in a day!
