Kong Xi Fatt Choi! - Year of the Rabbit

the chinese new year celebrations in the city is one of the many interesting events in melbourne that we look forward to every year...there's the hawkers' bazaar where you get the chance to sample mouth-watering asian dishes in the stalls... then, a stage is purposelly built just for the dance, singing and acrobatic performances which are held either at crown  in southbank or china town in little bourke street....
though it was drizzling last saturday night, nothing could dampen the excitement of the crowd while watching the lion and dragon dance, most especially the spectacular fireworks display.....kong xi fatt choi!
