this is probably one of my most favourite food, it's easy to cook and of course, delicious!!!! you only need: half-a-kilo of peeled prawns, two sliced tomatoes, a bulb of onion thinly sliced, a few stems of spring onions, a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, and four eggs well-beaten. first, fry the onion with a little oil till a bit brown, add in the prawns till the colour changes to orange, then add in the tomatoes, spring onions, salt and pepper, stir well, then add the aggs, cook for another 10 minutes without stirring and presto, you have a delicious omellete! this serves four people. this can be eaten with rice or toast. |
