Silky Oaks Melbourne Getaway...a home away from home, and more:))

My husband and I booked this apartment for the weekend and what a wonderful place to stay - spacious, tidy and clean, and artistically designed. The whole environment is simply conducive for a happy and peaceful stay. It's just twenty minutes away from the city by car and the airport is a mere ten minutes away. We were just looking for a place to relax for the weekend, away from the hustle and bustle of city life and we found just exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we checked-in and had a bit of a chat with our warm and friendly hosts, Nick and Deb, we went out for a drive in the surrounding areas and immersed ourselves in the beauty of nature...I took photos of horses, aeroplanes, cockattoos and a beautiful sunset. We ended our day with a Lebanese-Turkish dinner at the Cragieburn Central shopping centre which is just a ten-minute drive from the apartment.
